Glow & Flow

Glow & Flow is your permission to play. Grab your favorite BYOB beverage, add a little glow with fun body crayons and glow-in-the-dark jewelry, and settle in for a night that's less about perfect poses and more about moving, laughing, and having fun. We'll start with a fun, easy, dance-inspired 30–40 minute yoga flow, then turn up the music and let the evening unfold. Dance, mingle, visit the Joy Stations, do a little coloring, pull a Goddess Tarot card, snap a photo at the glow photo spot, or simply hang out and enjoy the energy. We'll also have goodie bags and raffle gifts featuring goodies from local businesses. No perfect poses. No serious agenda. Just movement, music, connection, and a little more joy.
