Hands-only CPR Training
Every year nearly 400,000 people experience sudden cardiac arrest. Work with us at Fernandina Fossils to help reduce those statistics! We are hosting a hands-only CPR training provided by Hands4Hearts. This free, fast, & convenient training will enable you to better respond to cardiac arrest with the newest technique from the American Heart Association.

Junk Journaling
Create a visual journal that’s completely, unapologetically you. In this hands-on mixed media session at The Inkwell Art Bar, you’ll explore layering, texture, and storytelling using cool ephemera, found pieces, and non-traditional materials. It’s part art, part play, and all about creative freedom. All materials are provided, and no experience is needed — just show up ready to experiment and make something personal.

Year of the Fire Horse
This 30-minute seated ceremony will take place outside on the rooftop at Centred on Yoga and is designed as a moment of reflection, release, and collective intention-setting. There is no physical yoga practice involved. Together, we will: Reflect on and shed the energy of the previous year Set intentions and manifestations for the new lunar cycle Honor the bold, transformative energy of the Fire Horse Share mandarins, a traditional symbol of abundance, prosperity, and good fortune Gather in stillness, presence, and community You do not need to attend the 6:00 PM Heated Power class to join the ceremony, though you are warmly invited to make an evening of it.

Join us for our Music and Movement Time, a dance session made just for little ones of all skill levels!
